Terms of Order

Customized tours and services can be booked at your convenience.

1) Booking:

2) Prices and Discounts:

Prices shown are valid  until March 31, 2025.

The agency reserves the right to change prices  without notice, but prior to accepting payment.

3) Payment Terms:

Accepted  payment  by bank transfer or cash on site.

A 30% prepayment is required to confirm services.

4) Cancellation Conditions:

Paid services are refundable only if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Payment of bank services for refunds is at the expense of the customer.

Late arrivals for individual tours of more than 30 minutes will be treated as a cancellation and will not be compensated.

The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to economic circumstances. In this case, compensation shall be paid in full immediately.

5) Force majeure:

The company is not responsible for possible changes and cancellations of excursions in case of strikes, demonstrations, bad weather conditions and other force majeure circumstances. In this case, compensation is not guaranteed.
